The high-level description of a Technical Recruiter is to source, screen, recruit, interview and submit candidates and applicants for open job orders for TEC Group.
Technical Recruiter Responsibilities :
- Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees for our client on behalf of on-site opportunities TEC Group is responsible for completing
- Utilize various sourcing strategies (internet searches, employee referrals, external advertisements, social & personal networking) to identify and select the highest qualified candidates.
- Track activity in Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Maintain allotted job postings on various recruiting tools, etc.
- Close candidates on competitive offers
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Team to strategize on incoming requisitions
- Manage candidate pipeline and ensure timely communication with candidates.
- Communicate and coordinate all phases of the employment cycle with identified candidates
- Liaison with hired associates for the duration of their assignment to ensure employee retention
- Maintain and achieve goals, expectations, metrics, and KPIs presented
- Familiarize yourself with TEC customer / client base company info, locations, and expectations.
