- Bachelor's degree in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering or related field of study
- At least 10 years' experience in chemical or industrial manufacturing setting
- Familiarity with PSM-covered processes and regulatory compliance in chemical manufacturing
- Strong background in process design, including PFDs, P&IDs, heat and material balances, and process simulation
- Experience with utility system design and optimization, including steam, cooling water, air, and wastewater treatment
