Description :
The Logistics Operations Analyst will work onsite at the logistic yards and will be responsible for supply chain operations. The responsibilities include, but not limited to :
Liaison between our corporate entities and the logistic yards for problem resolution and escalation
Implement and ensure proper procedures are being followed by the logistic yards
Ensure that work instructions are being followed and are updated as needed
Monitor existing and develop new Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) to measure operational efficiency targeted throughput
Provide root cause analysis and solution development for KPI's below target
Work closely with internal and external customers to ensure proper shipments
Customer focused while maintaining overall division goals
Direct production material follow up
Resolving delivery issues
Orders calculation correctness
Cooperation with suppliers, logistics provider and Archer Team
Transport utilization optimization
Supplier service rate maintenance
Excess and shortage inventory identification.
Ordering cycle inventory
Reporting
Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management / Logistics
3 years of experience in Supply Chain or Logistics
Operational efficiency & through-put experience
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Ability to strategize, analyze, interpret and summarize results and present large quantity of data with an attention to detail
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks while working with minimal direction
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office / G-Suite skills, including query techniques Pivot tables, Vlook up, and graphing
Self-motivated / results driven
Ability to work in a fast past environment
Travel maybe required
Strong Communications skills in English is required
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Office and SAP. Knowledge in Power BI and Looker is additional advantage
Minimum of 3 years logistics or supply chain experience in industrial environment is required
Preferred material procurement experience
Must have valid Driver's license
Must meet MFG physical requirements
Work different shifts and / or work weekends, including overtime.
Work in hot and / or cold environments
Work around heavy equipment or manufacturing machinery
Wear safety equipment such as safety glasses, sleeves, earplugs and steel-toed shoes
Stand or walk for long periods of time each day
Frequently bend, stoop, reach and lift up to 40 pounds
Work in tight or closed in spaces
Regularly climb ladder / man lift / stairs / crawl under vehicles if necessary
