Position Overview :
Responsible for the technical, cost, and schedule performance of programs. Major responsibilities
include strategic planning, customer rapport, selection of subcontractors, and positioning the company
for subsequent phases. Provides comprehensive multi-discipline leadership of the technical and
programmatic requirements, relevant principles, and practices necessary to carry out the project and
customer requirements. Develops, approves, and implements methods to achieve cost and schedule
tracking reductions. Acts as the proITTam focal point for coordination between company and customer
management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Responsibilities include planning, directing, controlling and coordinating engineering and financial
activities for all Mentor- protege programs, and for achieving financial and technical objectives.
Provides direction in order to satisfy customer requirements while achieving project-specific
targets / goals and ensuring customer satisfaction. Specific activities performed include analyzing
contract requirements to determine required resources; developing and maintaining contract budgets;
developing and tracking Individual Work Authorizations; reviewing, approving and tracking Purchase
and Travel Requests; and performing employee reviews.

Requirements (Minimum Experience, Education, Skills, Knowledge, and Licensure) :
1O years of engineering management experience
Bachelor of Science (or higher) degree in a related field from an accredited institution(s)
Other Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities :
Demonstrated ability to deal successfully with challenging and demanding customers, difficult cost and
schedule constraints, and multidisciplinary, distributed program team environments.
