What are the responsibilities and job description for the Simulations Operator/ Role-Player position at Tec-Masters, Inc.?
TecMaster’s Inc. Requires part time personnel to perform responsibilities as simulations operators supporting the Fires Battle Lab on Ft. Sill Oklahoma. Personnel will be hired on a consultation basis and be responsible for their own travel arrangements. Personnel will be required to work three (3) forty-hour work weeks.
Personnel will operate Army simulations and mission command systems. They will be provided with training on the operation of the simulation system to achieve proficiency sufficient to successfully perform all role-related tasks for the assigned position. Personnel may be required to support the analytical objectives of the experiment by operational plans, completing surveys, questionnaires, providing comments and attending After Action Reviews (AAR) as required to support experimentation outcomes.
