As a Project Manager/Outside Sales Representative, you’ll:

• Build relationships with homeowners and guide them through the insurance claims process
• Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters for storm damage, providing accurate estimates
• Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality work and satisfied customers
• Generate leads through door-to-door outreach and referrals
• Represent TEC’s commitment to excellence in every customer interaction
  
  
  

What we’re looking for:

• A motivated, goal-driven individual who thrives in a competitive environment
• Willingness to learn—no prior industry experience required. We provide comprehensive training!
• Comfortable working outdoors and inspecting roofs (we’ll train you on everything you need to know)
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Eligibility for incentives requires 2 years at your current job and $70K annual earnings
