Tecan CDMO seeks a Senior Test Development Engineer to sustain ICT programs and features. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams supporting ICT for NPI and commercial excellence teams to deliver outstanding results for our trusted partners. This role will train the Production Test Technicians to test in ICT testing. The Senior Test Development Engineer reports to the Test Development Engineering Manager.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide engineering support and sustain ICT programs and fixtures on the Keysight i3070 platform.
- Interface with customers’ engineers on all ICT-related issues.
- Implement Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and enhancement programs to improve test coverage.
- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and failure analysis on PCBA.
- Perform new ICT program installation and validation and generate IQ/OQ/PQ reports.
- Review board design for adequate ICT coverage by performing DFT.
- Work with component engineers and vendors to analyze component failure.
- Generate and maintain Test Process Instructions (TPI) to comply with ISO standards.
- Please keep the test equipment up to date for PM and Calibration.
- Provide ICT training to test operators and technicians.
TRAINING, REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years of experience as a Test Engineer working with ICT in a manufacturing environment is essential.
- Basic familiarity with electronic circuit components, circuit schematics, and essential test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, signal generators).
- Experience with ICT development, debug programs, and fixtures on the Keysight i3070 platform.
- Experience with CAD conversion software and Gerber file comparison.
- Proficient in using Windows 10 PC, Microsoft Office, and text editors.
- A BS/BA degree is highly preferred; I would like to have the relevant experience in place of a degree.
- Excellent problem solving, debug and troubleshooting skills.

Salary : $95,000 - $130,000
