Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement & Training: Conduct workshops to demonstrate and train customers on Solumina software, covering key features, functionalities, and best practices. Actively engage with customers to ensure their understanding of the software’s capabilities and how it can be tailored to meet their business requirements. Provide hands-on guidance in implementing software solutions and troubleshooting challenges.
- Business Process Reengineering & Mapping: Lead business process reengineering and mapping sessions with customers to ensure that their processes are optimized and aligned with the capabilities of Solumina. Facilitate discussions to define business requirements and work closely with customers to translate those requirements into functional specifications for the software.
- Software Configuration & Customization: Contribute to the setup of Solumina software functionality by configuring and customizing the system to meet customer-specific needs. Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement new functionalities, ensuring seamless integration with existing customer workflows.
- Functional Testing: Develop and execute functional testing protocols to validate software configurations, ensuring that the system operates as expected. Work closely with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to identify and resolve any issues or bugs discovered during testing.
- Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Provide proactive troubleshooting support to address any technical challenges faced by customers during the implementation and post-implementation phases. Apply problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues, ensuring minimal disruption to customer operations.
- Continuous Improvement & Best Practices: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, particularly in the areas of MES, MRO, ERP, EAM, and PLM, and integrate these insights into your customer engagements. Share knowledge and learnings from customer interactions with internal teams to improve processes, methodologies, and software features.

Required Skills:
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to assess complex situations and provide effective solutions.
- Experience in business process mapping and reengineering, with the ability to translate customer requirements into actionable solutions.
Preferred Skills:
- Industry Expertise: Significant expertise in Aerospace MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul), with an understanding of shop floor planning and execution.
- Solumina Expertise: Demonstrated functional expertise in iBASE-t Solumina software and its associated extension products is a big plus, especially in a consulting capacity.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry best practices in manufacturing and operations management, particularly in sectors such as aerospace, automotive, and industrial manufacturing.
