PowerBuilder Developer

Procedures, Triggers, Functions, PFC Libraries, and PowerScript. Proficiency with Oracle 19c or higher is required.

• Good Knowledge of query optimization and performance tuning
• Good Knowledge of database security and authentication
• Oracle-specific tools : TOAD, SQL Plus
• Strong data analysis, data modeling, design and implementation skills
• Ability to work on a large complex system, within a team or individually, strong communication skills, analytical and

problem-solving skills, project management and understanding customer’s changing business requirements are

required

Preferred but not required experience / skills / knowledge :

• Preferred experience working in a Utilities industry; Accounts, Customers, Billing, Payment, Advanced Metering

Infrastructure and Interfaces, Service Orders

• Design, develop, program, test and implement PowerBuilder applications software
• Manage all phases of the SDLC from analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, maintenance
• Strong understanding of .NET development frameworks, (Angular and MAUI is a plus);
• PowerBuilder 12 / 2017 or higher, PowerDesigner or similar CASE Tool
• Data warehousing and ETL, Agile development methodologies
