Experience:

- Experience working with ServiceNow.
- Experience in onboarding and training employees.
- Experience constructing workflow diagrams and flowcharts.
- Experience working on agile project teams (Highly desired).
- Experience assisting or managing small projects (Highly desired).
- Experience monitoring and facilitating audit processes.
- Experience working with large teams (75 ) to receive, monitor, and resolve issues and requests.
- Experience working professionally with all levels of management.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining independent productivity.
Primary Job Duties/Tasks:
The candidate will be responsible for the following activities, including but not limited to:
- Perform onsite onboarding duties.
- Orient new users to the client environment.
- Assist users with timesheet maintenance.
- Coordinate hiring activities.
- Conduct annual recertification activities.
- Track training for all staff.
- Partner with other offices in procuring staff and services.
- Assist in managing consultant hours to prevent overages.
- Serve as a key participant in the annual inventory process.
- Maintain staff telework agreements (when applicable) and track schedules.
- Perform data validation and analysis.
- Build reports and dashboards for analytical purposes.
- Participate in peer reviews of work products.
- Revise and/or draft new methods and practices.
- Maintain Workplace Contingency Records for all staff.
- Analyze and document processes.
- Solicit stakeholder input.
- Collect, compile, and analyze metrics for the annual scorecard.
- Complete daily reporting activities.
- Lead and/or provide support for Information Technology projects.
- Perform administrative functions, including but not limited to:
- Meeting facilitation and note-taking.
- Documentation review and maintenance.
- Resource coordination.
- Handle coordination and resolution of building and facility maintenance issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
