Role: IAM Engagement Manager
Role Type: Full-Time (No 3rd Party or Contractors)
Compensation: Up to $284K DOE Bonus

Overview:
The manager will be responsible for designing and implementing Cybersecurity solutions for a customer. The candidate will need to have a deep understanding of IAM technologies, architecture design, and implement IGA solutions that align with the organization's security policies, compliance requirements, and business objectives
Responsibilities:
- Architect and manage Entra ID security solutions, ensuring robust authentication and access controls.
- Implement and maintain Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions across enterprise applications.
- Configure and optimize Conditional Access policies for secure access management.
- Design and manage Azure AD Connect for hybrid identity synchronization
- Write proposals and proactively mine the opportunities to build large transformation programs
- Work with large tech firms to understand their IAM landscape and provide transformation solutions
- Implement and maintain B2B & B2C identity solutions to support external user access securely
- Monitor and guide the security team, cultivating a sense of security awareness, and arranging for continuous education
Qualifications:
- 15 years of experience in IT or related field.
- 10 years of experience directly related to Identity Lifecycle Management and application onboarding.
- 8 years of experience directly related to Identity and Access Governance is highly desirable.
- BA or BS or equivalent in IT related degrees
- Thorough understanding of industry IAM tools like Sailpoint, Saviynt, MS Entra, OKTA etc.
- Knowledge in cloud Microsoft Azure Active Directory products also evaluates each login attempt for risk and using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning digitally adapts, prompting for additional factors if the access 'seems' risky
- Good working knowledge of current IT risks and experience implementing security solutions
- Hands-on experience in doing POCs with different security tools and able to provide advice
- Good experience in managing RFP & RFI processes
- Must be able to lead large implementations across IAM domains, especially with Azure AD and MS Entra space
- Experience selling security solutions to CISO, CDO, CTO, CRO and other key C-level stakeholders and Board members
- Nice to have: Hands-on experience on developing and maintaining PowerShell scripts for identity management, access review automation, cleanup activities, and security monitoring
- Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to have discussions with the CxO and Enterprise architects
