Job Summary:
Provides onsite and remote IT support for end-users, troubleshooting software, hardware, and connectivity issues.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 helpdesk support for network users.
- Troubleshoot Windows 11, Office 365, SharePoint, and Laserfiche issues.
- Maintain user accounts and security policies using Active Directory.
- Assist in deploying new workstations, software installations, and configurations.
- Track helpdesk tickets and ensure timely resolution.
- Support MiTel Phone System administration.
- Train users on basic IT security practices and best practices for software use.
Required Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or IT-related certifications.
- 2 years of experience in helpdesk or IT support.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows 11, and IT ticketing systems.
- Certifications Preferred: CompTIA A , ITIL Foundation.
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
