Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues across the organization.
- Manage and maintain network administration tasks, including TCP/IP configurations and firewall settings.
- Troubleshoot software problems and assist users with Windows operating systems.
- Perform routine maintenance on computer hardware and ensure all systems are up-to-date.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new devices and software installations.
- Document technical issues and resolutions using Jira for tracking purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to improve IT processes and enhance user experience.
- Respond to help desk inquiries in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in network administration, including experience with TCP/IP protocols.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments and desktop operating systems.
- Experience with firewall management and security protocols.
- Familiarity with software troubleshooting techniques across various applications.
- Solid understanding of computer hardware components and repair processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Previous experience in an IT support role is preferred but not required.
