Role Overview
The successful candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of computer software, hardware, network systems, and a variety of internet applications and operating systems. Excellent troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are key for this role.

Responsibilities
- Set up and configure workstations with necessary peripherals (computers, routers, printers, etc.).
- Install and manage VOIP systems, company mobile devices, and phones.
- Regularly inspect and troubleshoot computer hardware to ensure optimal functionality.
- Customize Zebra TC-5X scanners and utilize Android MDM tools (preferred).
- Support network connectivity for warehouse conveyor systems (preferred).
- Manage IT inventory, including orders and price checks.
- Install and configure software and systems according to company specifications.
- Develop and maintain local networks to optimize performance and stability.
- Ensure network security and data privacy.
- Provide user training and support for new systems and software.
- Organize and schedule system upgrades and maintenance to minimize disruption.
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting; repair or replace hardware and debug software issues as needed.
- Maintain records of repairs, updates, and maintenance schedules.
- Monitor equipment levels and place orders as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an IT Technician or a similar role.
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.
- In-depth understanding of computer systems, networks, and internet security.
- Knowledge of data privacy principles.
- Certification as an IT Technician (e.g., CompTIA A , Microsoft Certified IT Professional) is a plus.
