Below is the job description:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and implementing solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The candidate should be proficient in AEM architecture, components, and features, and have a strong understanding of web development technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Design and build components, templates, dialogs, and workflows using the AEM architecture (Sling, CRX, OSGI, JCR).
- Develop and implement solutions based on industry standard frameworks like STRUTS, Spring, Hibernate, etc. Collaborate with project leadership to execute implementations and provide technical guidance.
- Participate in the software design, development, and implementation using standard WCM and/or eCommerce platforms such as Adobe AEM (CQ), SDL Tridion, Sitecore, Fatwire, CrownPeak, hybris, Oracle/ATG Demandware, Intershop, and IBM WebSphere Commerce.
- Build websites and applications using Adobe Experience Manager. Design and improve internal development methodologies.
- Mentor and lead other developers on the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Adobe AEM/CQ.
- Strong web front end development experience including up to date CSS/skills.
- Understanding of Java in the context of CQ5 and overall best CQ5 practices. Experience with MVC frameworks like Spring and Struts.
- Knowledge of OSGI, Sling, and JCR.
- Experience with Sightly templating language and AEM6 Touch UI.
- Strong understanding of CRX as a repository.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with content publishing/deployment and end to end content lifecycle.
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work independently. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
