What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Supply Operations Support Specialist position at Tech Observer?
Clinical Supply Operations Support Specialist (CSOSS) will support Clinical Supply Operations team in the areas of receipt, packaging, labeling, warehousing, stock management, distribution and logistics of clinical supplies. They will provide support in data entry, data processing, document management, metrics, order request and completion and other items required to support area.
Role Responsibilities :
- Data entry in applicable GMP production / inventory / distribution systems used in the area
- Data entry in Non-GMP systems, such as SharePoint and scheduling systems
- Document management both physical and electronic in a GMP environment
- Tracking of requests and orders in support of operations
- Material stock monitoring, usage, and quantity tracking
- QC checking of documents, document packages or materials
- Raising shipments and tracking through to delivery and / or receipts
- Generate reports / documents from multiple systems
- Creation of Protocol specific e-document folders, compilation of e-documents
- Inventory system Reconciliation Reporting
- Management of Global mailbox correspondence and filing / archiving as needed
- Escalate issues as needed
- Keep current with all required training, GMP and Non-GMP
