- Our Client is looking to fill a contractor position for an Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Support Engineer.
- An Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Support Engineer provides technical expertise to maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize AEM implementations. Key responsibilities include:
System Support: Monitor and resolve technical issues related to AEM, including performance, scalability, and configuration challenges.
Development Assistance: Collaborate with developers to implement and test new AEM features, components, and templates.
Upgrades and Patching: Manage AEM upgrades, patches, and version updates to ensure system security and functionality.
Performance Optimization: Analyze and enhance AEM system performance, ensuring efficient content delivery and system stability.
User Support: Assist content authors and end-users in resolving application-related issues and providing guidance on best practices.
Integration Management: Troubleshoot and maintain integrations with third-party tools and APIs.
Documentation: Maintain detailed technical documentation for processes, configurations, and issue resolution.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager, Java/J2EE, content management concepts, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
