Overview
As a Call Center Representative/Customer Service team member for our oil field equipment supply company, you will be the first point of contact for clients and partners.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails regarding product availability, pricing, and specifications.
- Monitor order statuses and communicate updates or delays to clients promptly.
- Provide clear and professional communication to maintain client trust.
- Prepare reports on customer service performance and call trends.
- Work closely with sales, operations, and logistics teams to ensure seamless customer service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
