Job Overview
As a Receptionist/Secretary for our oil field equipment supply company, you will provide vital administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of our business. Your responsibilities will include managing communications, handling scheduling, maintaining organized records, and assisting with general office duties.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls, manage emails, and handle general inquiries related to equipment orders, deliveries, and services.
- Greet and assist visitors, suppliers, and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment.
- Track and follow up on orders, ensuring timely delivery and proper communication with clients and suppliers.
- Manage and organize office files, including customer records, supplier information, contracts, and other important documents.
- Coordinate with external service providers for office equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Communicate with customers and suppliers to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide updates on order statuses.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably in the oil and gas or industrial equipment sector.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.47 - $25.64 per hour
