What You’ll Do & Why It Matters
- Own Product Design & Innovation : Conceptualize, develop, and refine new products, accessories, and customizations to enhance our product line.
- Improve Manufacturing Efficiency : Collaborate with Purchasing and Production teams to reduce costs, simplify manufacturing, and enhance product performance.
- Lead Engineering Projects : Conduct stress analyses, testing, and certifications to ensure products meet safety and regulatory standards.
- Support Compliance & Certification : Work with NRTL (Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratories) and oversee industry certifications.
- Be a Technical Expert : Provide engineering support to internal teams, customers, and service departments on product-related issues.
- Advance Automation & Controls : Apply PLC programming, FEA structural analysis, and control design to enhance our technology-driven approach.
