As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Part-Time Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will involve overseeing a variety of projects, including online course creation, product sourcing, book launches, and marketing campaigns. You will have the flexibility to work from our office in Arlington, Texas, or remotely, with 15-20 hours per week, making this an ideal opportunity for someone looking to balance a part-time schedule with impactful work.

Job Overview:

As the Part-Time Project Manager, you will oversee and manage multiple projects across the company, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with our business goals. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to execute projects such as online courses, new product sourcing, book launches, and marketing campaigns. This role requires excellent organization, communication, and multitasking skills to ensure all projects are completed efficiently and effectively. You’ll need to be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a variety of projects at the same time.

You thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment and are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. You excel at collaborating across internal and external team members and can confidently lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines and goals are met. You have a proactive mindset, anticipating challenges and addressing them before they become issues. Strong communication skills are a must, as you’ll need to coordinate with various stakeholders and be comfortable following up and holding people accountable. A background in project management is a plus, but we’re ultimately looking for someone who brings a passionate and strategic approach to project management and has a drive to help us grow and succeed. Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination & Execution:
  • Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects, including online course creation, sourcing new wellness products, book launches, and marketing campaigns.
  • Define project scope, timelines, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Coordinate resources, budgets, and timelines for each project to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with teams such as marketing, content, product development, and design to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Facilitate communication between departments, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on project goals and deadlines.
  • Project Tracking & Reporting:
  • Monitor and track project progress, identify issues early, and adjust timelines as necessary.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and milestones.
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and schedules to ensure transparency and organization.
  • Creative & Strategic Direction:
  • Collaborate on the creation of marketing campaigns and promotional strategies for product launches and book releases.
  • Contribute to strategic discussions about course development and product sourcing, offering creative ideas to maximize success.
  • Risk Management:
  • Proactively identify potential risks or bottlenecks in the project timeline and work with teams to address them before they become issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in project management, ideally in e-commerce, wellness, or content creation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work within deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across internal and external teams.
  • Preferably, proficient in project management tools (e.g., Asana)
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Passion for wellness and open tp learning more about the topics that Tech Wellness covers.
