IAM Architect

Lead the architecture and implementation of Identity and Access Management systems, ensuring that solutions meet business requirements and adhere to security best practices.

• Design and deploy IAM frameworks for managing user identities, roles, permissions, and access across on-premises and cloud environments.
• IAM Solution Integration :

Integrate IAM solutions with other enterprise security systems, including single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and privileged access management (PAM).

• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration of IAM solutions with business applications.
• Access Control Management :

Design and implement role-based access control (RBAC) and least-privilege access policies.

• Oversee identity lifecycle management processes, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
• Implement and manage identity governance and access reviews to ensure compliance and security.
• Security & Compliance :

Ensure that IAM solutions comply with relevant regulatory frameworks, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and other industry standards.

• Continuously assess and enhance IAM security posture to mitigate access-related security risks.
• Collaboration & Leadership :

Act as a subject matter expert for IAM technologies and best practices within the organization.

• Lead cross-functional teams in the design and implementation of IAM solutions and contribute to IT security projects.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members and other stakeholders on IAM-related issues.
