About the Role :
We are seeking a skilled and experienced third-party contractor to develop an automated process that will take assessment data from forms, process it through multiple tools, and generate polished, personalized presentations using Canva , enhanced with ChatGPT recommendations. This project aims to streamline our workflow and improve efficiency, offering a more personalized experience for our users.
Key Responsibilities :
- Data Collection and Processing :
Automate the extraction of assessment data from Google Sheets.
Automatically push the processed data into HubSpot for reporting and tracking purposes.
Use Canva templates to automatically create personalized presentations for each user.
Provide clear documentation of the automation process, including workflows, triggers, and troubleshooting steps.
