Position Overview:
TechBridge is seeking dynamic and dedicated Student Success Coaches to lead classrooms of 25-30 adult learners. Student Success Coaches play a critical role in ensuring a high-quality learning experience by providing individualized and group support to learners. Classes are held Monday through Thursday from 5:00-9:00 p.m., with both virtual and in-person options available. This is a contract position, and compensation rates are commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage classroom environments, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning atmosphere.

Conduct one-on-one check-ins with learners to track their progress and address individual challenges.

Host group support meetings to promote peer collaboration and collective problem-solving.

Monitor, document, and report learner performance, including attendance, engagement, and progress.

Initiate and document intervention plans for learners facing challenges and ensure timely follow-ups.

Connect learners with internal and external resources to address academic, professional, or personal needs.

Provide constructive feedback to learners to encourage their development and achievement of educational goals.

Prepare and distribute weekly updates to stakeholders on class progress and learner performance.

Actively collaborate with program staff to enhance curriculum delivery and improve student outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in education, counseling, social work, or a related field.

At least 2 years of experience in a teaching, coaching, or mentoring role.
