Job Responsibilities:
• Expenses Reporting Submission/Auditing (25%): trained ready to assist with this once monthly tasks for US Proctor Program and Physician Training ad-hoc needs.
• Document Processing & AI Integration (20%): Uploads physician training/proctored sign-off documents into SharePoint, organizes files for AI-driven optical character recognition (OCR), and ensures the system processes data accurately.
• Data Verification & Quality Control (20%): Reviews AI-extracted information, verifies accuracy, and corrects discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
• Training Records Auditing (20%): Conducts audits of historical training records, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established documentation standards.
• HCP Intelligence-BioCards Maintenance (10%): Supports maintaining HCP Bio Cards using LINK Key People MedTech subscription tool.
• Other various projects (5%): may include project management responsibilities and contributing to strategic initiatives within the Medical Affairs department.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Healthcare Informatics
• Strong administrative assistant skills
• 2 years of experience in digital solutions, project management, or a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Outlook
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with Monday.com or other project management tools
• Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to multitask
• Works on multiple projects as a project team member
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Supports complex business processes
