Responsibilities:
- Analyzes moderately complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.
- Provides technical guidance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.
- Configures system settings and options.
- Executes unit, integration and acceptance testing and assists in creating specifications for systems to meet business requirements.
- Designs details of automated systems.
- May act as liaison between the IT development group and business units for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems.
- Maintains knowledge of evolving business requirements and recommends appropriate systems alternatives or enhancements.
- Prepares communications and makes presentations on system alternatives or enhancements.
- Analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes and develops sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements.
- Researches best business practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data.
- Collects and analyzes process data to initiate, develop and recommend business practices and procedures that focus on enhanced safety, increased productivity and reduced cost.
- Determines how new information technologies can support reengineering business processes.
- Ability to create good working relationship with different personalities.
- May specialize in one or more of the following areas: benchmarking, business process analysis and reengineering, change management and measurement, and/or process-driven systems requirements.
Top 3 must have skill sets:
- SQL
- Power BI
- Excel/ability to create reports from the data stored in our system.
