Job Title: Controller - Finance/Accounting
Location: Vancouver, WA
Salary: 90K/Y to 115K/Y
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Controller to manage accounting functions including A/R, A/P, payroll, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver with strong communication skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, growing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements.
- Manage A/R, A/P, and payroll functions.
- Develop and improve accounting processes and SOPs.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team.
- Use advanced Excel skills to analyze and reconcile financial data.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar accounting role (transportation industry experience preferred).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,441.00 - $119,181.00 per year
