Job Title: Big Data Developer Java
Location: Austin, TX
Role: Fulltime
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable data pipelines using Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, HDFS, Kafka).
- Develop and optimize high-performance applications in Java (Spring Boot).
- Work with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) for data storage and retrieval.
- Build and maintain ETL processes for data ingestion and transformation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
Required Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in Big Data ecosystems (Hadoop, Spark, Hive, etc.).
- Proficient in Java development and REST API creation.
- Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with ETL tools and data processing frameworks.
