Techline Sports Lighting is seeking applicants for an entry level sales support role where the qualified candidate will provide administrative support to the sales and operations teams, and to manage customer accounts for sales representatives.
Techline Account Representatives have a primary goal of sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.
Role and Responsibilities
- Managing customer accounts for one to three regional sales representatives
- Updating prospect lists and tracking leads through the sales cycle
- Answering customer calls and emails, addressing inquiries, and providing product information
- Providing accurate pricing information and generating quotes for customers
- Inputting data and maintaining customer database in Salesforce CRM
- Compiling sales materials, preparing bid submittals, handling all paperwork associated with projects
Required Skills and Abilities
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry
- Customer service as a priority to internal team and external customers
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated and independent
- Dependable and enthusiastic team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills: Salesforce CRM, Excel, Adobe Acrobat
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
