Job Description :
As a Field Engineer 2 , you will be responsible for installing, diagnosing, servicing, and maintaining computer-related products, including but not limited to desktop and laptop computers, printers, standard software, and networking devices. You will primarily support ITO engagements, functioning as a Deskside Support Specialist .
In this role, you will handle complex products, problems, and projects, and may provide technical guidance to lower-level engineers. Additionally, you may serve as a team or on-site leader as necessary. Your goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and provide technical support to resolve issues during the installation or operation of company-supported products.
