Job Overview

Techmark is seeking a reliable and motivated Junior Field Technician & Warehouse Support team member to assist with fieldwork and warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and being part of a team that ensures smooth operations in the field and at our facility.

The ideal candidate will support field technicians with inspections, cable installation, and general site tasks while also helping with warehouse organization, inventory management, and delivering parts to job sites as needed. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and willing to jump in where needed.

Key Responsibilities

Field Support :

• Assist field technicians with inspections, cable running, mounting, and general technical installations.
• Carry and set up necessary tools and materials at job sites.
• Support troubleshooting efforts under supervision.

Warehouse & Logistics :

• Maintain warehouse organization, including stocking, inventory tracking, and equipment maintenance.
• Load and unload deliveries, ensuring accurate documentation of parts and materials.
• Deliver parts, tools, and equipment to job sites as needed.
• Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe.

General Requirements :

• Work collaboratively with the field and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow safety protocols and company guidelines in all tasks.
• Adapt to varying job site conditions and assist where needed.
• Some technical troubleshooting experience preferred.

Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Strong team player with good communication skills.
• Basic mechanical, electrical, or technical knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
