The Role
As the Strategy & Operations Manager, you will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure alignment, project success and goals are met. Knowledge in NLP, AI and biomedicine will help you understand the product and client requirement better.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement an Impact and Success Plan:
- Collaborate with leadership to define success metrics and impact goals for the company.
- Create and manage detailed plans to achieve these goals, ensuring alignment across all teams.
- Project Management:
- Oversee the management of ongoing biomedical and AI projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with company objectives.
- Work closely with the biomedical team to prioritize projects, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
- Ensure every team meets its goals and key milestones.
- Understand the high-level company vision and goals, and make sure these are reflected in ongoing project management and client communication.
- Market Access:
- Facilitate market access strategies to ensure our solutions reach the right stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and regulatory teams to navigate the complexities of healthcare markets and regulatory environments.
- Impact Measurement:
- Develop and implement systems for measuring the impact of our commercial and marketing activities.
- Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of our products in the market and provide actionable insights for the team.
- Generate reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders that highlight key outcomes and areas for improvement.
- Team Alignment and Communication:
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement across global teams.
- Ensure clear communication and alignment between teams, especially between the leadership and the biomedical, commercial, and technical teams.
- Conduct regular meetings, workshops, and training sessions to keep teams informed and aligned.

- Strong people skills and the ability to engage all levels of the organization (especially the front line).

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Health Sciences, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in project management, success planning, or impact measurement within the healthcare or healthtech industry.
- Strong understanding of global healthcare markets, including market access, regulatory considerations, and commercial strategy.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Experience and knowledge of managing AI and Data solutions for drug discovery or clinical trial or real-world evidence-based projects at scale is desirable.
- Experience with research communities and/or efforts, including having published papers (being listed as author) at conferences and/or journals in AI and/or medicine.
