Warehouse Sanitation
2nd Shift
2:45pm - 11:15pm

The Warehouse Sanitation teammate is responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the warehouse and adhering to community recycling procedures.

Essential Functions :

Remove all refuse from warehouse trash receptacles and place it into the proper outside dumpster or recycling area while adhering to company policies. Assist in correcting all audit non-conformances pertaining to sanitation. Remove any debris around the outside area of the facility and properly discard. Other responsibilities may include painting, using mechanical sweepers and scrubbers, rack, wall, floor, ceiling, window cleaning, etc. Ensure all sanitation equipment is in good working order to permit you to perform your duties in an efficient manner that is consistent with GENCO’s standards of quality.

Responsible for making recommendations to the management team regarding continuous improvement of department work processes and operating procedures. Participate in High Performance Work Teams. Maintain the highest level of quality in all material produced for inside and outside distribution. Participate in physical inventories and cycle counts as required. Responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly work area. Keep floor free of debris.
Must be able to move his/her equipment throughout the warehouse in a safe, efficient manner. This requires standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, reaching, twisting, kneeling, and bending.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $17.25 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Overnight shift
