We are looking for a Vice President of Software Engineering
Required:
Experience: 10 years in software engineering with at least 5 in senior leadership (VP, Senior Director) roles overseeing globally distributed, cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated success in scaling SaaS/PaaS platforms, cloud-native services, and complex distributed architectures.
Technical Mastery: In-depth knowledge of IAM, cryptography, and related frameworks (FIDO2, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML). Expertise in public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP),
container orchestration (Kubernetes), Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD automation.
Security & Compliance: Proven track record implementing SSDLC, DevSecOps, and data protection controls aligned with SOC 2 and PCI-DSS requirements. Familiarity with PKI, TLS, AES-256, tokenization, and advanced encryption strategies.
Leadership & Communication: Exceptional leadership, mentorship, and
communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into actionable guidance for a variety of audiences, from C-suite executives to junior developers.
