What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Repair Technician position at TechNexus?
Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage in all facets of the HEM Configuration and Depot process.
- Configure and deploy handheld products for customers, including devices , Samsung, Apple, and Zebra.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the lab, focusing on process enhancement, variation reduction, cycle time reduction, and cost savings.
- Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Candidates must demonstrate a sense of urgency, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a team setting.
- Be flexible to assist in other departments as needed.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in a relevant field preferred.
· 3 years of experience in configuring and repairing mobility devices or related equipment.
· Strong mechanical and technical skills.
· Knowledge of assistive technology and mobility device standards.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
