If a position becomes available that aligns with your qualifications, our recruitment team will contact you.An IT Project Manager will be involved in the planning, leading and implementing of large-scale Enterprise IT projects. The PM will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing end user Enterprise technical requirements across multiple projects and buildings. The PM will analyze new and complex project related problems, and develop innovative solutions involving finance, scheduling, technology, methodology, tools, and other solution components to develop the project(s) scope of work (SOW) and project management plans (PMPs) to bring all the moving parts together to ensure a successful outcome.Typical responsibilities may include : Lead an interdisciplinarian team of subject matter experts (SMEs) and other professionals on large IT projectsFacilitate the strategic management process and provide consulting expertise and project management for specific strategic initiatives that are deemed high risk or critical to success of the programProvide applications systems analysis and programming activities for multiple Government sites and / or facilitiesOversee all Enterprise IT aspects of projects, including the preparation of long and short-range plans for necessary support resourcesTrack progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, and approved timelines and report status and variancesDemonstrate ability to identify complex project risks, lead constructability reviews in relation to Enterprise IT, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risksImplement change management routines to assess change requests, make recommendations, and secure customer approvalsThe position may be located at a government facility in Washington, D.C., or in Huntsville, AL and typically requires work to be performed onsite. The government has established policies for on-site vs hybrid work which varies across divisions and contracts. Staff are obligated to adhere to these and other FBI policies and react accordingly as policies change over time. Where allowed, remote work must be coordinated with the team lead and / or government POC, ensuring there is zero interruption with the delivery of our services.The annual base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $170,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
