JOB SUMMARY

The Help Desk / Trainer shall provide support to end users for basic computer, application, system, device, access, and hardware issues for Army Training Requirements and Resource Systems.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Identifying, researching, and resolving routine technical problems of low complexity.

Responding to telephone, email, and online requests for technical support.

Documenting, tracking, and monitoring problems using applicable systems and tools.

Coordinating with other teams or departments to resolve user problems.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

BA / BS with 5 years’ experience or

AA with 7 years’ experience.

Active Secret Clearance required.
