Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, efficient, and proactive Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist both the estimating team and the office manager with a variety of projects that change from day to day. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a knack for handling multiple administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scan and file documents, ensuring records are organized and easily accessible.
  • Keep General Contractor’s prequalification documents up to date.
  • Assist with weekly payroll processing.
  • Coordinate office purchases and maintain an inventory of office supplies.
  • Update and manage maintenance logs.
  • Print and assist in maintaining job checklists for various projects.
  • Track Dailies and Pile Logs on SharePoint.
  • Print out plan sheets and track installed piles for visual representation of project progress.
  • Maintain a master pile log for each project to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to a changing work environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint is a plus.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
