- Build and grow relationships with municipalities, cities, and counties while leading business development efforts in the public sector.
- Manage a team of engineers and oversee the development of construction plans, specifications, and budgets for drainage, roadway, and water utility projects.
- Support technical aspects of business development, including preparing RFP responses and presenting to local agencies and clients.
- Lead the regional practice for implementing EPA water standards and manage asset management programs for utility districts.
- Oversee quality assurance for all group deliverables and ensure that group processes are continually maintained and improved.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of Texas.
- 10 years of experience in engineering design for public works projects, ideally municipal.
- Proven experience in managing teams and direct reports, with strong leadership and communication skills.
- Competitive compensation range: $150,000 – $250,000 approximately.
