About the Role
- Oversee the planning, design, and execution of public infrastructure projects, including water, wastewater, utilities, roadways, stormwater management, parks, and trails.
- Engage with municipalities and community stakeholders to ensure projects meet both current and future needs.
- Lead public engagement efforts, including presentations at neighborhood meetings and managing project communications.
- Provide strategic direction while fostering a collaborative, growth-focused team culture.
- Support business development by cultivating client relationships, though direct sales experience is not required.
What They’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) preferred.
- 15 years of experience in public infrastructure engineering, including leadership roles.
- Strong strategic and operational leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and project pipelines effectively.
- Experience working with municipal clients, public engagement, and infrastructure planning.
