As a Knowledge Manager, you’ll support and maintain KM sites, implement strategies, and improve information sharing processes. You will assist in developing KM roadmaps, facilitate best practices, and create client-ready deliverables such as technical guides, knowledge-based articles, and reports. Additionally, you’ll align processes and technology to enhance analytic production, manage content and record systems, and optimize workflow. Your role includes researching, writing, and editing materials for various formats, recommending editorial standards, and repurposing content for multiple channels.. Onsite in Reston, VA.

Required Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in a professional knowledge management environment.
• Experience creating technical manuals, procedures, or user guides.
• Proficiency in developing and maintaining SharePoint, Confluence, or Strapi site collections.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and KM tools.
• Understanding of KM principles, processes, and procedures in a DoD environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience collaborating with analysts, developers, and subject matter experts.
• Background in technical writing or editing within the IT or technology sector.
• Experience developing, executing, or refining content strategies.
• Familiarity with Content Management Systems.
• Knowledge of software applications.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Security Clearance:

• TS/SCI clearance required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
