Our client is hiring a Senior Tooling Design Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Senior Tooling Design Engineer
- You will design fastener tooling using AutoCAD, SolidWorks or any other CAD system for up to 5 Die, 5 Blow for Nationals, Sacma, Nedschroef, Nakashimada and Carlos Salvis.
- Layout tooling progressions for up to 5 die, 5 blow and secondary tooling solutions for Hartford Roll Threaders, Townsend Shavers and Pointer Tooling.
- Manage your own design projects from start to finish.
- Design tooling for Formax FX33’s (3 / 8” with 3 stations), FX32’s (3 / 8” with 2 stations), FX45, FX44, FX53, FX54, FX55 or other brands.
- Apply National Machinery handbook standards.
- Learn to use DeForm software for the analysis of die designs.

The targeted annual starting salary for this position ranges from $90,000.00 to $110,000.00 depending on experience.
