Technical Source is seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Business Operations Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including HR support, onboarding, excel spreadsheet management, office management, general office duties, customer service and quality assurance. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
This is a hybrid position, on-site every Monday / Wednesday Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, remote every Tuesday / Thursday.
Responsibilities :
- Provide HR support including managing employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, and coordinating onboarding procedures.
- Maintain and update excel spreadsheets, databases, and other documentation to track and analyze operational data.
- Oversee office management tasks, ensuring a clean and organized work environment, ordering supplies, and managing office equipment.
- Perform general office duties such as managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Assist with quality assurance activities, including monitoring processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
