Job Overview : We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee operations at a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility specializing in components and devices for industries such as Pharma, Medical Devices, and Aerospace. The Production Manager will lead a diverse team and ensure adherence to quality standards while maintaining operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage production operations across a wide variety of injection molding processes
- Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO 13485 / ISO 9001 standards, and FDA regulations.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of group leaders, supervisors, process technicians, and other staff members (approximately 100-120 people).
- Analyze current production systems, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through LEAN practices and data-driven decision-making.
- Maintain production schedules, budgets, forecasts, and key performance metrics to optimize operational efficiency.
- Facilitate collaboration between teams to resolve production challenges and enhance productivity.
