The IT Facilities & Integration Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing IT infrastructure setups for office relocations, new office developments, and lab environments. This role also leads the IT integration efforts for mergers and acquisitions, ensuring a seamless transition in IT services and infrastructure. The role requires close collaboration with the Building & Facilities team to ensure all Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) requirements are met and that projects are executed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably with exposure to office relocations, mergers & acquisitions, and lab environments. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networking, server management, and conference room technology. Experience with Active Directory migrations, tenant configuration, and contract/license management is highly desirable. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and with external vendors. Nice to Have:

The IT Facilities & Integration Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing IT infrastructure setups for office relocations, new office developments, and lab environments. This role also leads the IT integration efforts for mergers and acquisitions, ensuring a seamless transition in IT services and infrastructure. The role requires close collaboration with the Building & Facilities team to ensure all Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) requirements are met and that projects are executed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office and Lab IT Setup Management
- Lead IT infrastructure projects for new office developments, relocations, and lab setups, including all stages from planning to implementation.
- Define and communicate IT requirements with the Building & Facilities team to align on environmental needs (server rooms, cabling, etc.).
- Coordinate with B&F team and I&O subdomains to estimate the budget needed for the project.
- Capture the I&O subdomains requirements and coordinate with local procurement team to source the needed equipment.
- Coordinate with the I&O subdomains to perform the installation and configuration of required IT equipment, including conference room systems, Wi-Fi access points, server and network equipment, …etc .
- Oversee the setup and readiness of the new environments, ensuring that all business requirements are addressed.
- Mergers & Acquisitions IT Integration
- Serve as the IT lead for M&A activities, coordinating with key stakeholders to integrate acquired company IT systems and infrastructure.
- Assess and recommend solutions for tenant configuration, user migration (Active Directory, email, etc.), and data consolidation or separation.
- Review and manage existing contracts, licenses, and subscriptions, ensuring compliance and continuity or termination as required.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive integration plan, identifying key milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Project Coordination and Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders across IT, Building & Facilities, Procurement, Legal and other departments, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
- Support nominated PM’s to document and report on project progress, issues, and risks, providing timely updates to leadership and other relevant parties.
- Manage external vendors and contractors as needed to ensure high-quality delivery of IT infrastructure components.
- Manage IT Project Managers who might be assigned to these individual projects.
- Standard Compliance and Best Practices
- Ensure that all projects comply with company policies, I&O standards and Cyber Security guidelines.
- Stay informed of emerging technologies and methodologies that could enhance the IT infrastructure, integration processes, and overall project efficiency.
- Documentation and Knowledge Transfer
- Maintain detailed documentation for all IT setup and integration projects, including floor plans, configuration settings, and equipment inventories.
- Prepare and conduct knowledge transfer sessions with operations and support teams to ensure ongoing maintenance and support.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.
- ITIL Foundation or related IT service management certifications.
- Certification in Microsoft technologies, such as Azure or Microsoft 365, is a plus.
