Piping System Development Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Piping System Development Manager to join our Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing piping system design and engineering strategies.
The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of piping system design and engineering principles, including plot plan, layout, material selection, and support design. They will also possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, project managers, and engineers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement piping system design and engineering strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of piping system design and engineering with other disciplines
- Manage a team of piping designers to ensure compliance with industry codes and standards
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years' experience in piping system design and engineering in the refinery/petrochemical industry
- Strong knowledge of piping system design and engineering principles, including plot plan, layout, material selection, and support design
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, project managers, and engineers
- Ability to travel overseas as necessary to support projects
