Shift available:
- 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, M-F, and overtime when needed
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent previous experience required.
- 5 years of progressively responsible planning AND scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 2 years of experience in a Production Planning and/or Scheduling Manager role is required.
- Demand planning experience is required.
- MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and Outlook experience required.
- Strong MRP/ERP systems experience required, Radius ERP experience preferred.
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Works well with other departments in communication of timelines, priorities and resolving ambiguous tasks/situations.
The Planning and Scheduling Manager role at Technipaq is hands-on and will be doing planning and scheduling as well as managing the scheduling team. Some responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Developing master production schedule
- Forecasting demand and setting production targets.
- Ensuring capacity planning and resource allocation.
- Analyzing production data for process improvement.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth production processes.
- Creating detailed daily or weekly schedules.
- Assigning tasks to specific resources (machines, personnel).
- Monitoring production progress and making adjustments as needed.
- Ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Identifying and resolving bottlenecks or issues in the production process.
