Job Purpose
The position supports the Regional Talent Acquisition Lead in all aspects of Talent Acquisition including attracting and selecting talent aligned with strategic workforce plan.
The position will also include process improvement and execution of the corporate’s People & Culture objectives across regions following Global Talent Acquisition Standards.
Job Description
- Responsible for end-to-end outcomes of Talent Acquisition needs
- Responsible for 100% compliance with Global TA standards (Talent Acquisition RACI)
- Act as a consultant, develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies that align with the organization’s short-term and long-term goals
- Effectively build partnerships with Hub India
- Leads day-to-day Talent Acquisition operations in collaboration with all sources to deliver quality recruitment services to our internal stakeholders according to KPIs defined.
- Lead Hiring catch ups with business, in collaboration with HRBPs
- Manages Agency utilization and engagement
- Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of the recruitment strategy
- Promotes Recruitment employer branding initiatives by utilizing EVP
- Actively promote diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process, ensuring a fair and unbiased approach to hiring
- TFMC Brand Ambassador at Recruiting Events
- Partners with HRBPs to forecast company talent acquisition goals and hiring needs.
- Manages on-time hiring updates, dashboards, and hiring communications
- Provide strategic guidance to hiring managers and business leaders on talent acquisition processes, market trends, and best practices
- Champion a candidate-centric approach throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and respectful experience for every candidate
- Provide support for Global TA initiatives roll-out, inclusive of managing and cascading internal/external communications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or
- Strategic in mindset and operationally hands-on.
- Operational and project management skills focused on systems optimization and process improvement.
- Proficient in using technology, sourcing tools, competency-based behavioral interviews, offer management, social media recruitment, and candidate care.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams
- Experience in managing volume hiring needs is a plus
- Good to have recruiting experience in diverse organizations having multiple domains
- Proven experience as a recruiter preferably in a strategic role
- Familiarity with Applicant Systems and other applicant tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
