In this role as a Plant Manager, you will be working for a client that is in the sheet metal industry. This position will be responsible for day to day operations, providing hands on leadership to the production staff in the plant.
This position is a temporary to possibly permanent role for my client.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and problem solving abilities.
- A strong understanding of production processes, operations management.
- Knowledge or experience in the sheet metal industry preferred
- Need to be able to organize and prioritize tasks, manage resources efficiently, and maintain a well-organized plant environment.
Salary Range $90,000-$100,000
