In this role, you will be managing the design process for industrial, commercial, and residential fire sprinkler systems for a leading full-service fire protection company. You will be responsible for overseeing a design team, ensuring efficient and compliant designs, and collaborating with project managers and field teams to address any scheduling or material issues.
This is a DIRECT HIRE role that must be performed fully on-site.

Salary Range: $110,000 - $120,000
Job Requirements:
- NICET Level III Required
- Minimum 5 Years experience with Sprinkler Design
- Proficient in AutoSprink and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of safety practices and standards relevant to fire protection and design.
- Ability to collaborate with project managers, field superintendents, and sales teams to meet deadlines, manage budgets, and resolve any design issues that arise.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a design team to ensure high-quality and efficient design outcomes.
